Casino Volunteers NEEDED!

The LBCA Hockey Program will be fined $200 for every volunteer position not filled. Please make sure names (and forms where applicable) are submitted before 4pm tomorrow - Friday, February 11, 2010.

ONLY 9 POSITIONS HAVE BEEN FILLED

  It is that time of year again - CASINO!  The next LBCA casino date has been set for Thursday, June 10 and Friday, June 11, 2010 to be held at the Deerfoot Inn & Casino (Suite 1000, 11500-35 Street SE).  We need volunteers to commit to the shifts listed below (jobs with asterisk will require a valid Calgary Police security check in order to confirm that position).  (Please fill out Casino Volunteer Worker Application attached)

 

Remember that we cannot provide the quality sport programs offered here at the Lake Bonavista Community Association without community support and the valuable gaming proceeds from an Alberta Gaming Casino!

 

For both days, we need the following positions filled -

 

*General Manager             10:30 am - 7:00 pm

*General Manager             6:30 pm - Close

*Banker                               10:30 am - 7:00 pm

*Banker                               6:30 pm - Close

*Cashier                               11:00 am - 7:00 pm

*Cashier                               6:30 pm - Close

Chip Runner                       11:00 am - 7:30 pm

Chip Runner                       10:00 pm – Close
*Count room GM                10:00 pm – Close
*Count Room Super.         10:00 pm – Close
Count Room                       10:00 pm - Close



The Breakers Hockey Program is expected to supply two volunteers per team whereas the LBFSC program needs to supply a total of six volunteers.
